The parties shall within thirty (30) days following ratification of the Agreement, form a joint sub-committee of the Employer/Employee Advisory Committee (EEAC) to establish mutually agreeable guidelines and a review process to evaluate the employment status of Term Employees.

Each annual review shall be completed by July 1st of each calendar year.
