1. Effective April 1, 2001:

a)  All salaries on the grid shall be increased by 2%.
b)  Salary Grade 300 will be realigned with an increase of 2.5%.
c)  All staff who were actively employed as of April 1, 2001 or were hired between April 1, 2001 and May 2, 2001 will receive a signing bonus based on the following formula:
$1,000.00 for all Regular and Term Full-time Employees
$500.00 for all Regular and Term Part-time Employees
$200.00 for all Casual Employees

2. Effective April 1, 2002:

a)  All salaries on the grid shall be increased by 2.5%.
b)  Salary Grade 300 will be realigned with an increase of 3%.

3. Effective April 1, 2003:

a)  All salaries on the grid shall be increased by 3%.
