The parties agree to the implementation of the Individual Performance Evaluation System as presented by the Employer to the Union during the bargaining process.
The introduction of the Individual Performance Evaluation System is agreed to on a trial basis only, commencing the date of ratification and terminating March 31, 2004. By May 31, 2002, the Union and the Employer shall meet to review the progress of the evaluation system and facilitate any amendments that the Union and the Employer agree to during the trial period.
This does not include a system of compensation based on individual performance and does not form any or part of this Agreement.
