A Joint Committee of the Union and the Employer will be formed on ratification of the Collective Agreement. This Committee will discuss and resolve workplace issues and receive reports of the Job Evaluation and Benefits Committee.

The Committee will consist of three (3) members of the Union and three (3) members of Strategy Group.
