Term employees hired prior to the date of ratification of this Collective Agreement shall be entitled to benefits under the terms of Clause 205.03 of the April 1, 1999 - March 31, 2001 Collective Agreement which states:

205.03    Where the Employees will be engaged for periods in excess of three (3) months, to a maximum of twelve (12) months, the Employer shall contribute on a fifty percent (50%) employer/fifty percent (50%) employee cost-sharing basis with Term Employees towards the total cost of premiums of: Alberta Health Care Insurance, Extended Health Care Plan, Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, and limited Short Term Sickness Plan.
