303 GENERAL HOLIDAYS |

| 303.01 | General holidays shall be those proclaimed by the Province of Alberta and/or the Government of Canada. |
| 303.02 | The following shall be defined as general holidays:

Alberta Heritage Day (1st Monday in August) |
| Family Day |
Labour Day |
| Good Friday |
Thanksgiving Day |
| Easter Monday |
Remembrance Day |
| Victoria Day |
Christmas Day |
| Canada Day |
Boxing Day (December 26) |

| 303.03 | Hours worked on a general holiday will be calculated at double time (2X). |
| 303.04 | Where applicable, time in lieu must be taken at a mutually agreeable time. |
