301 OVERTIME |

| 301.01 | All overtime must be authorized. At the time overtime is authorized, the Employee must state his intention to take paid overtime, or to bank overtime hours. |
| 301.02 | Overtime shall be paid on the basis of one and one half times (1½X) for hours worked in excess of thirty-seven and one half (37½) hours of work per week, or thirty-five (35) hours of work per week for Visitor Services. |
| 301.03 | Banked overtime shall be calculated on the basis of one hour off for one hour worked. |
| 301.04 | A maximum of thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours overtime may be carried forward (banked) to be taken at a time mutually agreed upon by the Employee and the Employer. Banked overtime accumulated between April 01 and September 30 must be taken no later than March 31 of the following year. Banked overtime accumulated between October 01 and March 31 must be taken no later than the following September 30. |
| 301.05 | Banked overtime in excess of thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours must be taken in the month following the month it was accumulated, or paid out at the overtime rate of one and one half (1½X). |
| 301.06 | Call-in: An Employee who is called in and required to work outside the regular scheduled hours of work shall be paid for a minimum of three (3) hours at overtime rates or the actual hours worked at overtime rates, whichever is greater. |
| 301.07 | Regular Employees required to start a new shift within twelve (12) hours of completing their previous shift, shall be paid one and one-half times (1½X) for all their hours which fall within the twelve (12) hour turn-around time. |
| 301.08 | Sharing of Overtime: Overtime and call-back time shall be divided equitably whenever possible among Regular Employees who are in the work unit and qualified to perform the available work. |
